Terms & Conditions
All orders made before 3PM in the weekdays will be processed same day. ORDERS MADE AFTER 4PM WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT WORKING DAY.
Interpretation
In these Conditions:-
"working days" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday;
"the Buyer or customer" means the person who accepts a quotation or offer of the Seller for the sale of the Goods or whose order for the Goods is accepted by the Seller;
"Calendar Day" means any day of the year;
"Conditions" this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the Buyer and the Seller;
"the Delivery" means the date on which the Goods are to be delivered as
"Date" stipulated in the Buyer's order and accepted by the Seller;
"item" means the goods (including any instalment of the goods or any parts for them) which the Seller is to supply in accordance with these Conditions;
"month" means a calendar month;
Your Rights
You have the right to request a copy of any information that we currently hold about you. In order to receive such information please send your contact details including address and payment of £10 to cover administration expenses to the following address:
SHIPPING
We use Royal Mail, City Link, UPS, TNT and FedEx for our shipping. All items bought before 3pm on any working day will be dispatched for next day delivery. We ship all over the world. There are extra shipping charges for items bought from outside the UK.
If you miss your delivery Royal Mail, UPS or City Link (or other postal service we may have used) will leave you a card with the telephone number of the local depot, so that you can contact them to arrange a convenient time for redelivery or collection.
Warranty
All our items come with full 90 days warranty.
All warranty is return to base and we are not liable for any damages incurred whilst returning parts.
Return Policy
If by any means you decide you do not want the item, you have 7 days to inform us via email or telephone, return the item(s) in its original packaging unscratched and undamaged in any way and get a refund. for more information about returning items please click here.
If you received defective item(s) or item(s) damaged in transit, you have 24 hours to inform us. All defective items are subject to item replacement. If the item is not available at the time we will refund you in full.
All returned item will be tested before issuing refund or replacement. Returned item must be the exact item which we shipped out, must have all original labels, original shape, quality and quantity, warranty stickers and serial numbers in place, unscratched and undamaged.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the item is returned to us safely. The customer must inform us by email or otherwise and obtain proof of posting in the case of a rare event of items lost in transit.
Warranty of item will be void if returned to us in a tampered condition due to mishandling, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, modifications, alterations or repairs made to the product.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all charges incurred during items transaction, shipping and returns, e.g. import duties and others.

Receipts and VAT
Prices of all our items include VAT and we issue invoice in every sales.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Discounts only applies as on the website but does not apply when an item among the discounted items is returned for a refund.
LAPTOP SCREEN REPAIR SERVICE
Packaging of the laptop for collection is the responsibility of the the customer as PC Repair House will not be held responsible for any damages in transit of the laptop or net book in transit to us.
It is the customers responsibilty to save the data on their hard drive by any means possible as PC Repair House will not be responsible for any data loss or windows malfunction.
PC Repair House reserve the right to return the laptop unrepaired.
A charge of £20 applies if the laptop received is found not to need a new screen replacement for it to function.
