A. No. You will not need to register before ordering. On your first order with us you will include a password which you can use anytime to check status and to place more orders.

Q. What is the difference between ordering a screen from Laptop Screen Online and ordering directly from the manufacturer?
A. There is no difference in quality at all. Our replacement screens are same as the ones laptop manufacturers use when producing new laptops. And are direct replacements for your broken laptop LCD.
Returning an item
Q. Can I return the screen if I find out it is of no use to me?
A. Absolutely. Contact us by email or telephone and send it back within 14 working days of receiving the screen.
Q. Do I get charged any restocking fee for sending the screen back?
A. We do not charge restocking fee or any other fees for returns as long the item(s) are returned to us in original condition as it was sent out and without any damages. Our job is to keep our buyers very happy and satisfied with their purchases.
Fitting and replacement
Q. Can I fit the screen myself?
A. Yes you can if you are technical with things. All purchases over our website come with standard broken screen replacement and fitting instruction. Please also note that you should never try to fit the screen if you are not sure you can. For information about fitting please check our fitting instructions.
Q. Do you offer fitting service?
A. Yes we do offer laptop screen repair service. After going through our fitting instruction and you feel it may prove difficult to replaced the cracked screen yourself please give us a call and we can arrange to fit the screen for you.
Q.What are the payment options?
A. We accept PayPal and major Credit/Debit card payment. You can also pay over the telephone. Just give us a call via telephone. We also accept cheque payments from Schools and Governments.
Q. Which courier service do you use for the delivery?
A. We usually use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for our item shipping. If you want the item sent to you specially by any courier service provider please contact with the information.
Q. What will happen if I miss my delivery?
A. The delivery man will leave you a card with the telephone number of the local depot, so that you can contact them to arrange a convenient time for redelivery or collection.
