RETURNING AN ORDER

Returning items you no longer wish to use.

If you have wrongly ordered a wrong screen for your laptop or decide you no longer need the item you have to return the screen to us  within 14 days from the delivery date. Please note that failure to do this will result in rejection of the return or 20% deduction from the price of the item to cover our restocking fees.

If you have ordered the screen wrongly and have discovered the right one you need we strongly advise you make another order and return the wrong one for a refund. This will enable you receive your replacement in time.

Please follow the below guildlines when returning an item to us.

  • Check to make sure it is not scratched or damaged in any way
  • Check to make sure it has not exceeded 14 days since you received it
  • Package it properly
  • Please include a copy of the invoice in the box
  • Leave a note or letter covering the reason you are returning the item
  • Send the item by recorded delivery to ensure we receive it

In this case It is the buyers responsibility to return the item in good condition. It is also the buyers responsibility to pay for the shipping of the item back to us.

We do not charge restocking fee or any other fees for returns as long the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days in original condition as it was sent out and without any damages. Our job is to keep our buyers very happy and satisfied with their purchases.

  • Report and return it to us within 14 days of receiving it

  • Send the item by 2nd recorded delivery to ensure we receive it. International buyers should contact us first
In this case we are responsible to refunding the amount to the customer for returning the item back to us. Please note that we only refund 2nd class recorded return costs.

Please note that failure to follow the above guildlines may result in your returns being rejected.

When should I expect the money back into my account?

You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days of the item getting back to us at our returns base. however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Some banks do take 2-4 working days for refunds to appear after we authorize it.
