Q. When do I receive my item?
A. All orders placed before 4pm of every working day are sent out immediately to reach our customers next working day. Orders placed after 4pm and weekends will be processed on the next working day. For orders outside the United Kingdom we usually use UPS and it may take up to 3-4 working days.
Q. What do I do if I cannot find my screen on your website?
A. We stock mostly all laptop screens and our inventory changes from time to time. If you cannot find the required screen please contact us on 01612209729 and +44(0)1612209729 if you are outside the UK.
Q. What is the difference between ordering a screen from Laptop LCD Screens and ordering directly from the manufacturer?
A. There is no difference in quality at all. Our screens are same as the ones laptop manufacturers use when producing new laptops.
Q. What happens if I bought the wrong screen for my laptop?
A. If you have wrongly purchased the wrong screen for your laptop you should contact us immediately and have it sent back to us for replacement.
Q. Can I return the screen if I find out it is of no use to me?
A. Yes absolutley. If you feel you do not need the item bought please return it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.
Q. Do I get charged any restocking fee for sending the screen back?
A. We do not charge restocking fee or any other fees for returns as long the item(s) are returned to us in original condition as it was sent out and without any damages. Our job is to keep our buyers very happy and satisfied with their purchases.
Q. What are the payment options?
A. We accept PayPal, Google Checkout and major Credit/Debit card payment. You can also decide to pay over the telephone. We also accept cheque payments from schools and government.
Q. Do you offer wholesale price?

Q. Do I get a VAT Receipt after my purchase?
A. Yes. All fully processed orders come with a full VAT receipt sent to you via email or postl.
Q. Which courier service do you use for the delivery?
A. We usually use Royal Mail and UPS for our item shipping. If you want the item sent to you specially by any courier service provider please contact with the information.
Q. What will happen if I miss my delivery?
A. Royal Mail or UPS (or other postal service we may have used) will leave you a card with the telephone number of the local depot, so that you can contact them to arrange a convenient time for redelivery or collection.
Q. Where do you deliver to?
A. We deliver to all locations worldwide.
Q. What happens if I receive a damaged screen?
A. We carefully pack and package the screen and it is rare for your purchased items to be damaged when you receive them. However, we will replace any damaged products if the damaged item is reported to us within 7 days on delivery.
Q. Can I collect the item?
A. No you cannot collect. You can only order the item online.
Q. Can I fit the screen myself?
A. Yes you can if you are very technical with things. All purchases over our website come with standard fitting instructions. Please also note that you should never try to fit the screen if you are not sure you can. For information about fitting please check our fitting instructions.
Q. Can I get a fitting service?
A. Yes you can. After going through our fitting instruction and you feel it may prove difficult please give us a call and we can arrange to fit the screen for you.
Q. What are your opening hours?
A. We are opened Monday – Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Q. How do I know which screen is right for me?
A. Our website has been designed to be easily navigated. You can use the search option which we recommend to find the item you are looking for. Also, by clicking on the laptop brand and model name from the home page you will be able to find the right screen for your laptop. Please contact us if you are having difficulties.
Q. How do I determine the size of my screen?
A. You can determine the size of your screen by measuring it diagonally from side to side.
