This was the second time I have had to buy a screen; this time for an unlisted Sony VAIO. I called for help and the person answered my query very quickly (obviously knew his products very well) and with 10 minutes I was able to order it on-line! Again, very good service – highly recommended.

I had thought my netbook damaged beyond repair... then I saw your website and ordered a replacement screen.

I write to say thank you for your excellent prices and service. Your Quick Guides to telling the difference between LED and LCD screens, and how to get the screens out of the laptop lids are really excellent – I say that as a professional who has swapped hundreds in my 20 years in IT
I bought a replacement screen for a friend’s Samsung R519 Laptop. As an IT engineer I have swapped many screens, but I retired before LED screens came into general use so the how to spot the difference was invaluable. I was sure I had bought the correct item and was totally delighted with your prices and service. The friend was amazed when in only a couple of days I turned up with her as new laptop – her previous one was repaired by a local Computer shop and cost her nearly as much as the laptop and took nearly a month to fix. I have friends and family in other parts of the country and I have recommended you as a supplier to those competent to repair their laptops themselves and your collect and return repair service for those who are not.

Recieved my replacement screen very quickly. It was quicker to fix it myself than to have it collected and returned to me. Followed the video on laptopscreensonline.com and an additional video for my specific laptop brand. Fitted the screen in about 15 mins.
Really happy with it. It is the exact kind of glossy screen I wanted to replace, no one would be able to tell the difference now it's fitted.
If my son wants to slam shut a pair of earphones in my laptop again I would happily buy my replacement from this site. :D
