Q. Do I get charged any restocking fee for sending the screen back?
A. We do not charge restocking fee or any other fees for returns as long the item(s) are returned to us in original condition as it was sent out and without any damages. Our job is to keep our buyers very happy and satisfied with their purchases.

Q. Can I fit the screen myself?
A. Yes you can if you are technical with things. All purchases over our website come with standard broken screen replacement and fitting instruction. Q. Do you offer fitting service?
A. Yes we do offer laptop screen repair service. After going through our fitting instruction and you feel it may prove difficult to replaced the cracked screen yourself please give us a call and we can arrange to fit the screen for you.

Q. Which courier service do you use for the delivery?
A. We usually use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for our item shipping. If you want the item sent to you specially by any courier service provider please contact with the information.
Q. What will happen if I miss my delivery?
A. The delivery man will leave you a card with the telephone number of the local depot, so that you can contact them to arrange a convenient time for redelivery or collection.

Very good price and the item was delivered the next day (as I had ordered the product before 4pm), the screen was nicely wrapped up with a lot of protection and was free from defects. It was very easy to install the screen using the replacement instruction provided. I've had it up and running for about a week or two now and all is very good.
